Sterling MA Open House Schedule - View Sunday‘s Schedule

Sterling is a Worcester County town of 7800 people. It was named for a soldier who served under George Washington in the American Revolution. Like many cities in Massachusetts, Sterling still retains its history through some of the buildings and homes that date back to its founding. You can find historic homes and more modern construction when you check out the open houses held in Sterling.

Construction on new houses continues today with a number of new homes being added to the city every year. A new home built in 2015 will cost you around $359,000 for three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a half bath, and a little more than 1800 square feet of living space. Newer homes also come with attached garages, two-car driveways, and energy efficient windows throughout each room of the home. Older homes also are for sale and feature more traditional architecture. They resemble the farmhouses that once were prevalent in this part of the state. Despite their age, they have been renovated to include modern comforts required for living in today's busy world. You can find energy efficient stainless steel kitchens, as well as electric hot water heaters and centralized heating in even the older homes in Sterling.
