Hamilton, Massachusetts is a rural suburb in the eastern part of Essex County. Hamilton is located about 23 miles northeast of Boston, where it's bordered by Ipswitch, Manchester-by-the-Sea, Topsfield, and Salem. The town has a population of almost 8,000 people with no industrial-zoned real estate or manufacturing.
